The West Seattle Blog has done a great, truly professional, report on the most recent meeting of the Morgan Junction Community Association (April 21) which was substantially devoted to the KCWTD plans for at least a one-million holding tank and its ancillary equipment, under, on and around Lowman Beach Park. Well done!
